I cancelled my subsciption to XM Radio in
Febuary and then was charged in June for service radio I don't have. Then told me that it will take 3 to 4 business to get my
money back. They actually opened an account and charged it. When I called, they had the
nerve to ask me if I received the radio that they charged me for. I thought that was funny since I cancelled the subscription because I was moving from Grand Junction, Co to Denver and they still had my info from Grand Junction from
Febuary.
I am so mad because I received no bill since I cancelled until now and now have to wait for a refund on something I don't have. I'm kinda mad!!
