XM Satellite Radio complaint
I bought a brand new xm radio for my husband in September. Saw the screen was pixellated, and called Samsung (never opened the unit!) Won't replace w/ new, but can fix screen, no big deal. Have me on hold 1/2 hr to find out dept, gone *** for the day. Repair cancelled by them, say can't fix it, will send out refurbished unit to replace brand new, never opened unit ("We don't GIVE the away", like I didn't pay for the faulty one?)!. Finally get unit back 1/24, and it won't work w' optional car kit, Supervisor "Chuck" says box and manual are wrong, unit never could, must be fault of car kit,
