XM. Service free for 3 months but autorenewed.
Feb 12, 2008
XM Satellite Radio complaint
We received 3-months XM Radio free with the purchase of our new Hyundai. There was no agreement with XM signed by us at the time we bought the car. We subsequently renewed for 3 months and then did not renew again. The next thing we knew we received a debt collection notice; no past due notice was ever received. When we called XM we were told that they did not have time to talk with us.

They may get the $27.00 they want in the end so that we can protect our credit rating. But we will tell everyone we can about this deceptive practice.

They also auto renewed my term for a full year without my permission. After my next 3 months are up, I am done with them. They still owe me money cause they didn't refund all my money when I complaned.
